On the Al Jazeera site, bloggers, filmakers, media and whomever can grab Al Jazeera's Gaza crisis footage. They put every minute of Gaza footage online under a they "Creative Commons license". Creative Commons licensing allows people to legally repost and resuse their footage. This is unheard of from a news corp.
As mentioned in a International Herald Tribune article "Western news media have been largely prevented from reporting from Gaza because of restrictions imposed by the Israeli military." Al Jazzera says they just want people to see what is going on there. Interesting...
